Program Navigators provides an overall ‘Framework For Results’ that is flexible and scalable.  

Our products and processes are straightforward. We follow a flexible, tailored systems approach, apply leading management concepts, and use proven processes and scalable products. And we deliver those familiar ingredients with years of practical experience.

We have developed our products in the form of tools, workshops, and we use our proprietary Direct Application Method ^TM  of training to increase the capabilities and capacity of your organization while we enhance the skill of project team members.

Taking periodic assessments of the Team Alignment Partnering process and obtaining direct feedback from all the team members is critical to the overall success of the project.

Program Navigators Inc. has developed a web-based survey assessment tool to enable easy access for all team members to provide feedback.  Once the feedback period is closed then all team members can view the feedback results. Team members are invited to login and to participate in a periodic project partnering feedback assessments.

Workshops

Program Navigators offer a variety of workshops delivered with our Direct Application Method of knowledge and skills transfer which focuses on working directly with project teams using their actual projects to apply one or a series of workshops.  Real project work is completed and learning is enhanced because it is relevant to a project's current needs. 

We can also customize our standard workshops when general awareness is required across an organization.

• How to get your Organization to Best Practices - a proven workshop delivered numerous times at Project World, develop with Dr. Terry Cook-Davies provides a roadmap on how to get your organization to best practices.  This two day workshop is geared toward senior project managers. 
• Stakeholder Analysis - Project teams go through a facilitated process to identify project stakeholders and then develop strategies to actively manage the project stakeholders.
• PM Software Tools Training - We facilitate PM software tools training as part of an overall solution.  We work with companies to match the right pm software to the needs of the organization.
• Organizational Maturity Assessment - We draw from a number of assessments to design an organizational assessment that is right for each individual company.
• Standards Development - We customize our 'standards' framework and 'maturity framework' to identify which standards need to be developed.  We can develop the standards or coach project team member to develop each standard.
