Taking periodic assessments of the Team Alignment Partnering process and obtaining direct feedback from all the team members is critical to the overall success of the project.
Program Navigators, Inc. has developed a web-based survey assessment tool to enable easy access for all team members to provide feedback. Once the feedback period is closed then all team members can view the feedback results. You will be invited to login and to participate in a periodic project partnering feedback assessments.
So what should you know about the assessment?
The survey inputs (your numeric ratings) are not attributed to any one person. Each person's rating is assigned to a group (owner, designer, general, sub, etc.) and aggregated by the group and presented in a table form and a graphical form. The results are post to a website once the feedback assessment is completed. See example graphs and data below the survey entry form. Your optional comments are also anonymous when posted. |
